Regarding his alleged role in the shooting and/or cover up of Plaxico Burress’ firearms mishap Friday night, Giants LB Antonio Pierce would dearly love to speak his mind. Sadly, for listeners of Mike Francesca’s “Mike’d Up”, Pierce had little to share on the subject, despite being asked repeatedly by the host to answer questions he’s politely said he can’t touch. Asked however, if he wasn’t just a little more pumped up during yesterday’s dispatch of the Redskins, Pierce replied, “maybe you’re just paying a little more attention to me.”
