   This is probably related to NoVa vs RoVa, an ongoing spat/joke about the internet wealthy suburbs of Northern Virginia vs the still rural “Rest of Virginia.” People from outside the area might not know it’s been simmering since George Allen’s campaign.

   actually, as a native blacksburgian and hokie fan (tho not a hokie), it’s in reference to vt being founded as an agricultural school, and that’s a definite zing for sure.

   so sad to see the chokies shit the bed, but they will be tourney force… until people start paying attention and then they’ll choke on frank beamer’s egg-neck.

   unless that sign is referring to the happy flowers or ralph sampson’s communications degree, the tender student population in my hometown of charlottesville should shut the fuck up.
