Mutombo Traded To Houston
The Associated Press is reporting that Isiah
Thomas' least favorite big man, Dikembe Mutombo has approved a trade from
Chicago to Houston, making the Rockets the 7th team of the veteran center's
career.
Deke, traded to the Bulls by the Knicks as part of the deal that brought Jamal Crawford and Jerome Williams to New York, will back up Yao Ming, hang out with fellow Georgetown grad, assistant coach Patrick Ewing, and do a lot of scowling at Jeff Van Gundy when he's reduced to garbage-time-only appearances before the All-Star break.
