Carter Uses Dull Blog To Demand Trade

Vince Carter says he wants out of Toronto if the Raptors don't start winning soon.

The Raptors star said, in a letter to fans posted on his official website on Sept. 10, that he's not eager to wait around while the team rebuilds.

"My frustration comes from the fact that we have not been able to create an equation to win ball games,'' Carter said in the message. "I am at the point in my career where I do not have time to wait two to four years for a team to mature.




"I am determined to collectively put myself in a winning environment whether it is with the Raptors or another franchise. After everything is said and done, it all boils down to me wanting to WIN!''

We can presume the only reason the above screed is worthy of headlines 6 days after it originally appeared is because no one ever reads the Carter's site.
