Billboard Protects Danzig's Rep

from Billboard.com :

Veteran metal act Danzig will release its ninth studio album, "Circle of Snakes," Aug. 31 through frontman Glenn Danzig's own Evilive Records label. The set will feature "1000 Devils Reign," "When We Were Dead" and the title track.

Founded by Danzig in 1980 after the demise of legendary punk outfits the Misfits and Samhain, the group is rounded out by guitarist Tommy Victor (Prong), who has been with the band since the mid-1990s, and the more recent additions of bassist Jerry Montano (the Deadlights) and drummer Bevan Davies (Comes With The Fall).

In advance of the set's release, Danzig will play a handful of European festival dates, including Hungary's Effot Festival (July 23) and Slovenia's Metalcamp Festival (Aug. 20).

No mention from Billboard's Barry A. Jeckell about Glenn's most recent video clip. And nice job by the fact-checking department, "founded in 1980..." Though I'm fully in favor of re-writing history if it can erase the memory of Robo drumming for the Misfits, it just doesn't work.
