Johnny Ramone, RIP





For once, no jokes. Though the Ventures can stake a claim, Johnny made the Mosrite guitar the coolest instrument on the planet and did more than his share to change the cultural universe as we know it. I hope they've got Direct TV up in heaven so Johnny can watch the Yankees and Bill O'Reilly and a zillion lesser bands follow in his footsteps.
