Unnecessary Accoutrements For The Pint-Sized Set



The results of a survey quoted in this morning's Guardian find that 1 out of 4 children aged 7 to 10 in the UK own a mobile phone.

If you're like me, these statistics are shocking. Just what the fuck is wrong with the other 75% of the kids?

Meanwhile, back in the States, Mrs. CSTB has noted the high percentage of Jon Benets and Mary-Kates staggering around with handbags nearly as big as their skulls. Once again, this is strange, sobering stuff.




Now that technology exists to accept credit card transactions with smaller, handheld devices, why do these girls require handbags?
