Checkmate : Fischer Detained



CNN reports that former World Chess Champion and all-around paranoid nut Bobby Fischer has been arrested in Japan.




Fisher is wanted in the US for violating international sanctions by participating in a rematch against Boris Spassky in Yugoslavia during 1992.

Shelby Lyman was unavailable for comment.
