The Unkindest Cut...

..or what do you expect for $800? CNN says that a 48 year old Pittsburgh man has been charged aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and practice of medicine without a license following a botched snippity-snip job performed on a 45 year old transgendered person.

I guess it does no one any good to try and imagine the depths of despair one would reach before bargain hunting for such a procedure --- if the operation is particularly expensive, that's because the majority of the patients survive.

But amateur psychologists (to say nothing of amateur surgeons) will have a field day pondering what would possess someone to advertise their services as the Crazy Eddie Of Emasculation?
