On today's "NFL Countdown", Andrea Kramer said that Vikings coach Mike Tice was so embarrassed following last week's 31 point loss to the Rams, that he pulled out all the stops quoting from the great motivational speakers of all-time. Namely, the Dali Lama, Colin Powell and Michael Jordan.

The next time Minnesota lose by 31 or more, Tice might want to try quoting from any of the below.
