Pats Streak In Jeopardy



Zero rushing yards for New England so far today, as the Corey Dillon-less Patriots have been forced to air it out. Three N.E. turnovers thus far, two of 'em on Tom Brady interceptions, as Pittsburgh are looking pretty imposing on both sides of the ball, leading 31-13 late in the 3rd quarter. Deuce Staley's been having his way with the New England defense, as has Hines Ward.

On the bright side, if this holds up as a Steelers win, they'll have something to complain about on WEEI tomorrow besides the Red Sox parade.




At the Metrodome, the Giants re-established their credentials as a playoff contender with a dominating performance against the Vikings, winning 34-13. Minnesota's Dante Culpepper (above) was picked off twice, while New York's Tiki Barber rushed for 2 TD's, and 101 yards on 24 carries. I'd love to tell you more about the game but I was 5 minutes late for kickoff and as such, have been fined by DirectTV.
