Bi-Polar Barret Fails Physical

Bowl against the Buccaneers, Raiders
C Barrett Robbins was waived today after failing a team physical.
Robbins, along with fellow Raiders Chris Cooper and Dana Stubblefield, was fined 3 game checks last week after testing positive for THG. Robbins is currently on the NFL's "reasonable-cause" list for the rest of his career (assuming he has one left) and faces an 8 game suspension if he test positive for steroids again.
