Richter's 35 Raised To The Rafters![]() Much reflection in the wake of last night's WIld/Rangers game at MSG, where former goalie Mik/e Richter's no. 35 was retired. Richter, whose career was cut short last year after yet another concussion (sound familiar?) won a team record 301 games in the Rangers net, and played for no other club during his 14 NHL career. Though he'll be best rememebered for his heroics in the '94 Stanley Cup championship run, Richter has managed to land on his feet since leaving hockey, what with his starring role on the provocative plastic surgery opera, "Nip/Tuck". ![]() (Richter in the foreground, his amoral surgeon partner in the background).
