Cards' Morris To Start Game 2from the Associated Press :
![]() Matt Morris (15-10, 4.72 ERA)) won't need to have his ankle stitched up or anything drastic like that, but he'll do something for the first time when he starts Game 2 of the World Series on Sunday night. "I think the last time I pitched on short rest was a Wiffleball game when I was 10," the Cardinals right-hander said before Game 1 on Saturday. "There's nothing to rest for," he said. "I'm not saving myself for anything. I don't know what to expect, but I expect that I'm going to go out and make pitches. My body doesn't know at this point what rest is."
