Milton Bradley : Now Officially Less Popular Than Jacque Jones At Wrigley

Bugs & Cranks’ Mark Townsend seems to think a little bit of concentration is not too much to ask for at $10 million per year.  But as we all know, it’s easy to get distracted at work.  Y’know, TGIF and all that.  Internal debates, like “was Heilman really that big a Clash fan in Queens?” or “what’s the one thing I can do short of blowing up a schoolbus that even Ben Schwartz would have a hard time defending?”  Who amongst us hasn’t had such thoughts flash thru our minds on a pleasant late Spring afternoon?

What, you’re a Milton hater now?

I, uh, … allright, I’ll say it, what a fuck-up. I’ll tell you this, Mark DeRosa never would have tossed the ball to a fan from the outfield. Yeah, he mighta wandered into the outfield, but he never would’ve tossed the ball away.
